Cancellation and Rescheduling
You can easily cancel or reschedule an exam online using your Credentia Platform account. Go to www.credentia.com/test-takers/co and click on “How to Cancel or Reschedule an Exam” in the Resources section of the webpage.
If you are unable to attend your test, you must call Credentia Customer Service at 888-204-6249, at least 9 days prior to your test date to reschedule or cancel your examination. (Saturday and Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days.
Written Exam:
Cancel or reschedule your Online Written (or Oral) examination at least 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled test time.
Skill Exam:
Reschedule or cancel in your Credentia Platform account at least ten (10) business days before the test date (Saturday and Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days).
Note:
- If you do not reschedule or cancel at least ten (10) business days before your test date, your fee will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to a new test date, and you may not give your test date to another person.
- If you do reschedule/cancel in time, there is no penalty, and your fee may be transferred to your new test date. If your employer paid your test fee, inform them about missing the test or rescheduling. Let them know how you have handled rescheduling and when you plan to take the test again.
- If you do not report to the testing location or to the online exam on the day or time of your scheduled test, you will be considered a “no-show” and you will not get your testing fee back. If you no show for two examinations your application to test will be removed and you will need to re-apply.
Rescheduling
You can now use your Credentia Platform account to reschedule your exam.
To reschedule your exam, you can do either of the following:
- Go to www.credentia.com/test-takers/co and click on “How to Cancel or Reschedule an Exam” in the Resources section of the webpage.
- If you want to reschedule by phone, call 888-204-6249.
You can reschedule your exam one time and you must contact Credentia at least nine (10) business days before your exam.
Note: You should contact Credentia at least ten (10) business days before your skills exam.
REFUNDS: Once payment of exam fees is received, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
