All examinations, need the Proctor/Evaluator to utilize a mobile device for scanning your identification and capturing a photo. This data is securely saved within Credentia’s software, serving as a safeguard in case there arises any doubt regarding the individual who was administered the exam.
Checking In
You must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time for BOTH the written and skills examinations. If you are late for the written or skills examination, you will not be allowed to test, and your fees will not be refunded. Skills evaluation test times are approximate.
Note: You will be required to check in for both the written and skills examinations. You will be required to present proper identification.
What to Bring
You MUST have the following items with you when you take the NNAAP Examination:
- Two (2) forms of official (current, not expired), legible, signature bearing identification, one of which must be photo identification. One must be a government issued photo identification.
- Three (3) No. 2 pencils (sharpened)
- Eraser
- Analog watch with a sweeping seconds hand (not a digital or Smartwatch).
No other materials will be allowed
Security and Cheating
If you help or receive help from anyone during the NNAAP® Examination, the examination will be stopped. The incident will be reported to the Colorado Board of Nursing for review and your examination will not be scored.
